if you are not getting OTP on your phone number here are some steps to solve your issue:

  1. Double check your phone number- make sure that you have entered the correct phone number
  2. Check spam or blocked messages in your phone- on some phone OTP might be flagged as spam so check your spam messages
  3. message delays - sometimes there might be a delay in receiving OTP due to network issue so check your internet connection or wait for few minutes also try refreshing the page
  4. Try other method to login- some websites allows you to confirm your OTP via email or voice call
  5. Contact customer support- if you are still facing this issue try contacting the customer support so they will provide you some information to solve your issue

If you're not receiving an OTP (One-Time Password) on your phone number for login, there could be several reasons and solutions to resolve this issue:

1. **Check Signal Strength**: Ensure your phone has a strong signal. Sometimes, weak reception may prevent OTP messages from being delivered.

2. **Verify Phone Number**: Double-check that the phone number entered is correct, including the country code if applicable. A small error in input can prevent the OTP from being sent.

3. **Network Delays**: OTP messages can sometimes be delayed due to network congestion. Wait a few minutes and try requesting the OTP again. Some services have a limit on how many times you can request the OTP within a short period.

4. **Blocked Messages**: Check if your phone has blocked messages from unknown senders or specific service numbers. Go to your message settings and ensure no filters are preventing the OTP from reaching you.

5. **Use Alternative Methods**: Some services offer alternative ways to receive OTPs, such as via email or an authenticator app. Consider using those options if available.

6. **Contact Support**: If none of the above works, contact the service provider's support team. They can check for any issues with the OTP system or your account.

Resolving these issues should help you receive the OTP successfully.

hope this helps you!!

Hello Shreyansh,

If OTP is not getting into your phone just follow these steps for troubleshooting:

  • Check Network Connection: Just ensure that your mobile network signal is good.
  • Wait a Few Minutes: Sometime, OTP takes some time to be delivered.
  • Check SMS Settings: You must be sure that an inbox for SMS isn't full and that you haven't blocked messages from certain senders.
  • Try Resending the OTP: Usually, there's an option to resend the OTP.
  • Resend SMS with New Verification Code: Confirm if you keyed in the correct phone number.
  • Alternative: Email OTP or Authenticator apps are also accepted for verification purposes.
  • Sometimes Reboot Your Phone: A cold boot sometimes helps the issue get solved.

You may call the service provider's support if any of the above methods do not work.
