If you have not qualified then you can't able to get seat in this college. However, you can try for managamnet quota as they reserve few seats for managamnet quota. You need to physically visit the college and you have to speak to the officials regarding management quota and also the fees will be higher than usual. So you have to pay high fees in management quota.
