No, you must qualify in order to obtain a seat in any engineering college in Telangana.You must get 40 marks put of 160 marks.Also you must score 40 %(for reserved candidates) of marks in intermediate or equivalent exam or 45%( for general category) of Marks in intermediate or equivalent exam.

Another way to join in an engineering college through management quota if you can afford.
If not you must take a long term and prepare again by working hard.
