With 74.83 percentile in JEE Mains, your CRL Rank would be around 2,40,000 and your OBC Rank would be around 75000.
The minimum cutoff for NIT Trichy in the year 2018 was 42000 in OBC for Home state category ( Civil Engineering)
For other states, it was 22000 for Chemical Engineering.
So, you won't be able to get it.

Based on your score and your category, it's really difficult to get NIT Trichy since the cut off for addmission under OBC category are high enough. Your score is low to cross the cut off for addmission to NIT Trichy. But you may try for the other NITs.
