Based on this percentile the chances are less to get a call from IIMs. If you have a strong profile then you can get a call from New IIMs like IIMs Rohatk, IIM Udaipur, IIM Trichy, IIM Kashipur & other IIM Nagpur, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Amritsar,  etc. but if you perform extraordinary in the second round then only you can convert it.

Along with CAT score all the institutes which you apply makes a merit list to call the students for the second round of interview and WSAT which is made in the basis of your aggregate score and which is based on different parameters such as CAT marks, 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, engineer or non-engineer, gender etc. whose weightage vary according to different colleges.
