Now that you have completed your graduation in hotel management you can do masters in hotel management like MBA in Hospitality or MBA in Hotel Administration. It is a 2 year full time course mostly and admission can vary in all respective colleges. Some might take through entrance test and others through merit.

With this degree you can get a chance to work with leading hotel industries in India either full time or maybe internship to gain skills and experience.

You will be required to give MBA exams like MAT, CAT, XAT, ATMA etc to get selected further. Upon meeting the cutoff criteria you can further take admission in the college you are interested in.

The scope is good. You can get placed in Hotels and Restaurants, Tourism industry, catering services, food craft institutes, airline industry, multinational companies, housekeeping etc. with good salary packages.

You can expect a good package as you are experienced. Go for this.

Good Luck.
