According to the official notification of JEE MAINS, you can appear in 2018 and 2019 JEE Mains exam. You can appear in 3 simultaneous years only. Hence, you are eligible through this criteria.
You can opt for a course sidewise and appear for JEE Mains as well. It may save you an year but do it only if you are comfortable.

Hello, yes definitely you can take JEE main examination again in 2019 as well as 2020 but not after that. You can take this examination by studying in college as well and by taking a drop of year as well.
But I will suggest to give JEE mains in 2019 by studying in college.
