Hi aspirant, 

Yes you can pursue b pharm course as basic eligibility criteria for this course is physics, chemistry and biology/mathematics Also you need to score a minimum of 60% in class 12 in best subjects or agrregate for geeting admission into this course. Hope this helps.

Yes you can Do the B Pharma with the class 12th PCM no problem so opt for the best college you will have good partical  and theorical experiences
