I am from west Benga and OBC WITH ORTHAPEADICALLY disability (40%).

You will need atleast 450-480 marks going by previous years trends. In 2018 under State Quota, in OBC, 478 was the cut off for OBC. But this doesn't include the newly addes 5 colleges data. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Availability of seats results in lesser cut offs. All in all, you should aim atleast for 450-480.
