As of now board exams are delayed, and as per the eligibility criteria laid out regarding CLAT it states that class 12 appearing students to are eligible to apply on provisional basis, it's just that they need to show the proof of their qualifying examination within the stipulated time frame as prescribed by the authority, candidates from any stream from a recognized board are eligible to apply provided they have 45% marks, in case of SC/ST it's 40%  visit at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2021/ug-eligibility.html to know more details regarding this.
