Hello,
Each of us is affected in some or other way due to the currently going CoVID pandemic, the best we could do now is stay home and be positive. This too shall pass.
Regarding your preparation, you can revise the material you have with you. You can start from NCERT books. Also, download the previous year question papers and attempt them in the given duration, it will help you to build exam temperament and you can analyze the mistakes you are doing and hence focus on those topics.
If you do not have much material with you can download the relevant pdfs available on Internet or watch relevant videos and use them for your preparation.

Also check out the knockout program for NEET 2020 here, you can study from home through this

Hey gore,
Due to this Corona pandemic all classes are closed and i understand how difficult it is to cope up with this situation and to focus on study.
As you mentioned classes are closed and you are finding difficulties to prepare by your own so i would like to suggest you to prepare again and revise all that stuff which has been already taught in class so that you would be very sure about those topics, what else you can do to prepare new topics please take help of videos available on internet ,try to solve maximum no of questions asked last years, try to take help of the stuff provided on internet.
And online classes are also conducting kindly join them and pay attention to them.
Apart of all this the most important are NCERT books try to cover all the things given in that .
NCERT are the best source to clear the exam
You don't need to panic  just handle things wisely.
Good luck!

There must be an Online Classes going on as various School and Coaching Institutes have started this using Zoom.

If not then you can just read NCERT Chemistry or Biology till then and practice as much question as possible. Just go through all the things which you have studied till now and appear for as many mock test as you can.
