I am preparing for jee and board exams at home. Can I apply for them privately at internet without college

Dear candidate

It is not necessary to go to college for applying JEE Mains or preparing for it you can do it even without having to go to college or any coaching centers and if you are confident about it you can do self study by taking the help of internet but you will have to complete your board examination.
