Hello,
Please follow these steps to regain your lose interest I. Your preparation for you IIT JEE

Study for short periods. Eg study for 1 hour and take a 15minute break. This way you will not get bored.
Try to practice as much as you can
Focus on your end goals
Try to be in company of people who motivate you
Avoid any types of distraction
Try to maintain continuity in your Studies
Appear for frequent mock tests so that you can analyse your performance and try to improve always
