Yes you can apply for neet as well if you are preparing for jee mains but only if you have biology too with physics, chemistry and mathematics . As pcm are the subjects you would be studying for jee mains. But if you don't have biology as a subject then I am really sorry but you cannot apply for neet.  I hope this was helpful
