See that you keep a good grasp on physics and especially the basic concepts of class XI. Also have a good knowledge about numericals from reference books such as S.Chand and RD Sharma. Now the main focus should be on biology as it's scoring. Chapters like genetics and biotechnology should be well versed. Also keep a good focus on plants biology and human anatomy. For chemistry, focus more on organic chemistry and a bit theory of s,p,d block elements. Solve previous year's question papers and mock tests.
