Hi Priyanka,
Seeing your percentile I believe that you need to make a trade off between a good branch of your interest and a good college. Though CSE/IT are the most preferred branches by most of the students it is slightly difficult for you to get the branch in top colleges or the colleges of your interest. Your rank at 71st percentile should be near 85000.
Here is the college predictor link which you can use to get to know what all colleges you can get into: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
In my opinion you should prefer branch over college because in the end you would want a job which matches with your field of interest. Have a close check on the placement reports of the different colleges you aim to get into.

Additionally I would like you to give some more entrance exams other than JEE to get some better option. WORK HARD!
I HOPE THIS HELPS!
