To calculate the NATA cutoff, your board percentage is added to the half of your NATA score. In this case, 85 + (118/2) = 85 + 59 = 144.
A NATA cutoff of 144 out of 200 is a very good score. You can definitely try for a merit seat in your state counselling. This depends on your native domicile.
