Hi aspirant,

According to the current guidelines of NTA, to appear for boards minimum educational criteria is as follows:

1. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
2. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

So following this you will be eligible to appear for Neet examination in year 2023. Also you will need to fulfill the minimum age criteria that is 17 years by 31st December of that year.
