Hello Aspirant !!

The cut off for AIIMS 2019 have been set to 50 percentage which is nearly 90 percentile for SC candidate . You should score at least 100+ to ensure yourself a seat in AIIMS .

But , its very important to meet the eligibility criteria which says that you need to pass your 12th class with Phyiscs , Chemistry , Biology and English as subjects. Therefore, you need to repeat your higher secondary else every other marks and ranks will be of no use .
