If you are an SC candidate 400 is pretty good score for you to get in Government Medical College. Generally the qualifying percentile for SC students in NEET is 40 Percentile which means around 95-115 marks.

So Score of 400 is decent and if you manage to get around 450+ score, then your seat is almost confirmed in a good Government Medical college.
