If you are pursuing b.com after your 12th and you do not find any problem in b.com subjects than yes you can prepare for cpt too within 2 months. But it would be advisable to join coaching because now cpt has changed to ca foundation and now four papers of 100 marks each are conducted in place of 50 marks. 

So all the best, and choose wisely that weather you will be able to complete whole syllabus in 2 months or not.
