Hi Saurabh,

With a score of 390 in NEET, you stand a reasonable chance of getting admission in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) course assuming that you are from a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) and taking admission through a state quota. While there may be some stiff competition for admission to Government BAMS colleges at this score, you should definitely consider private BAMS colleges and semi-government colleges, since many of those institutions have lower cutoffs.

Cutoffs vary by state and are also dependent on category, so you are best to look for the cutoff from last year for BAMS colleges in your area, and ensure that you take part in the AYUSH counseling rounds.
