hope you are doing well
on analysis by experts combining with students reaction, the difficulty level of NEET 2021 was medium to slightly tougher & lengthier compared to NEET 2020. obviously, this will affect the cut off for govt. & private colleges.
cut off for govt. college in AIQ(2020) was around 615 for general category. so, 431 marks are not enough to secure a govt. college but you can opt for good private medical colleges or other medical fields like B.A.M.S/B.H.M.S/B.U.M.S/B.V.SC.

Hi aspirant, since you have 430 marks in your NEET exam 2021, and also you belong to general category so according to that there are very less chances of MBBS from any government medical college, inplace of that you can opt BAMS or other medical courses if you want to have government college.
