Hello,

It depends on the field you want to pursue but still I will give you some guidance.

Bsc is a 3 year programme and you will deal mostly with the theoritical part and the course has less pressure and you can easily score good marks. If you wish you change or field further or give any government exams then it is beneficial.

Btech is a 4 year programme and it is mostly technical. If you wish to join technical field or do any such job then go for btech. There are many good colleges like IITs, IISER available for Btech.

Thank you

Hi Avdesh,

Most of the students who do not prepare for JEE in 11th and 12th have this confusion. So, no worries you are not experiencing something new.

Here are the reasons for choosing B.Tech :-

  • If you are technology enthusiast.
  • If you want a professional degree.
  • If you are interested to know how things actually work.
  • If you are interested in solving real life problems.
  • And most importantly, you should be familiar to machines.

Here are the reasons for choosing B.Sc.:-

  • If you are interested in theory more.
  • If you want to do simple graduation.
  • If you require some time during your college.
  • Want to go in teaching field.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!
