Praveen, we do not have 2019 data yet. However in 2018 under State Quota, 446 marks secured a seat in Mysore Medical College and 369 marks secured a seat in Raichur Medical College again under ST Category. Now, as mentioned, this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now in 2019, the general cut offs increased on an average by 60-75 marks. So for a seat in either of the Colleges, you should aim for atleast 525.

As you told you are a SC category student and you want to know the score with which you can get admission in the medical colleges you have mentioned. So dear student I am sharing the cut off marks of 2019 and this year the marks will increase by 15-20 (probably) as cut off increases every year because of increasing competition.
So dear student
For the government medical college, Mysore the cut off marks of 2019 was 465
While for the Raichur institute of medical college, the cut off marks were 416
