You haven't mentioned about which BA course you have opted.But i can tell you that you will study all relevant subjects related to which BA Specialisation you have taken.Topics of each semester are different, so download syllabus from your college website or ask any of your friend for the syllabus.
Then arrange books and then start preparing.
