For cracking JIPMER entrance exam you have to be first strong in your academic subjects.Make the concepts clear in all the 3 subjects.
Practice as many model question papers u can...give xtra importance to english,as in this xam language is an area where u can score easy perks.

For Entrance exams Physics is comparatively a tough subject. But not too hard to overcome.

First, you have to study physics daily.
Secondly, you have to revise what you have studied in a 2 days once or weekly basis.
Third, go through the previous year questions and know what type of questions have been asked.
Fourth, still if you find hard in studying physics, join a coaching centre for physics.
