To be eligible for NEET 2020 exam:

• You should have Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology in 12th class from any recognized board eg. CBSE.
• You should be at least 17 years old or should complete 17 years till December 31, 2020.
• 12th marks should be at least 50%(for general), 45%(for Pwd), 40%(for SC/ST).

If you fulfil 2nd and 3rd criteria you are eligible for NEET exam.

You haven't mentioned your stream,  anyway to be eligible for NEET you have to fulfill the following criteria:

Attained 17 years age by 31st December of the examination year.
Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, you can apply even with having Biology as an additional subject.
PCB aggregate should be 50% in case of General Candidates, for OBC/SC/ST it's 40% and in case of PWD it's 45%.
As of now, there's no upper age limit, so no restriction in terms of numbers of attempts.

for appearing in neet exam you must meet the eligibility criteria which is candidate must have passed or are appearing in 12th or equivalent examination with the subjects chemistry,physics and biology and english as the core subjects from a recognised board and the age of the candidate should be 17 and the number of attempts can be numerous .

as if you are having pcb in your 12th grade then you are eligible.
