The first thing you gotta do is Study up to your fullest and get good marks in your btech.

And after that you can either to an mba or mtech in good reputed colleges and you can proceed from there. 

You could get a lot of good placements if you've done your masters in a good college and could get a job to abroad as well. Depends on how you put effort in studying and getting marks.
