So you are in third year of your engineering degree! Actually , getting job in foreign country is relatively more difficult as compared to getting it in india because those countries want to hire those students who have prior post secondary education in thier country or they hire permanent residency people ..so for getting job in abroad i would suggest you to either pursue masters in abroad or do some job here in india for some duration then apply work visa in your selected country .. believe me this is the only way :) wish you best
