I am suggesting you three colleges for B.Tech in Avionics:

1- UPES, Dehradun

2- Amity University

3- IIST

For admission to IIST, you need to appear in JEE Advanced exam and qualify in it.

IIST is connected to ISRO so has better placement chances.

This programme is niche and hence not offered by many colleges and placements for it are also very less.
