The candidates who have passed the 7th standard exam and are in the age limit of 18 to 36 years can apply for the exam. So you can apply for the exam. But the prelims was completed now it is the time to mains exam according to notification.

The Eligibility criteria for PSC LGS Kerela is as follows:

AGE LIMIT:

The candidates should be in an age range of 18 -36 in order to apply to the post of PSC LGS. The candidates born between 2 January 1983 and 1 January 2001(both dates included) are the eligible candidates to apply to this post.

Age relaxation for LGS applicants are as follows.

• 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST
• 3 years of age relaxation for other backward classes
• Candidates who were family planning voluntary workers, the maximum age shall be 45 years.
• For Part Time Contingent employees upper age relaxation shall be given to the extent of their Part Time contingent service provided their age does not exceed superannuation limit.

Educational Qualification:

The Candidates who have passed standard VII and has not acquired any graduation can apply to the post of KPSC LGS.

Now, since you are enrolled in B.Tech which means that you are NOT eligible for the exam
