Respected Sir/Mam,
You can give UPSEE only after completing your twelfth. It is an intermediate exam to get into colleges.

I don't get what do you mean by dropping. I though you are doing your 12th .

No I am saying that after passing 12 I have to drop a year to give up see exams

No. You need not. You would complete 12th by next year March. The next month, you would give your UPSEE and get a college.
