Hello Gaanashree,

According to UPSC notification, eligibility criteria for appearing for NDA examination 2022 is :

Academic Qualification :

NDA Wings

Qualifying Exam details

Indian Army

Passed 12th standard from State Education Board or a University

Indian Air Force and Naval

Passed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics from State Education Board or a University

Age Criteria :

Candidates between the age group of 16.5 to 19.5 years must have passed class 12th can apply for the NDA examination. From the table given below, you can refer to your age eligibility according to your date of birth for both phases.

Exam

NDA Age limit

Date of Birth Criteria

NDA (1) 2022

16.5 years to 19.5 years

July 2, 2004, to July 1, 2007

NDA (2) 2022

So if you are passing out of your 12th std in 2022 then you can apply for the examination. The condition is that the candidate must have completed his 12th std. So you will be definitely eligible for NDA (II) 2022 examination. NDA (I) 2022 depends upon the date of notification.
