Candidates who are in the final year of graduation, they would be eligible to apply for CAT 2019

Candidates who have completed their graduation and are waiting for the result to be announced, they will be eligible to apply for CAT 2019.

Since you are studying in semester 5 in bachelors degree which means that you are in your final year of graduation . And as per the eligibility criteria for CAT 2019 , a student in the final year of graduation can apply for the CAT exam 2019.
