It is very sad to hear that you are unable to give two of your class XII exams, there is no need to repeat 12th class you can give compartment examination for the same which will be held roughly in July or August. But sorry to say you won't be able to take admission in any reputed university, if you have other plans rather than pursuing ug that don't require class XII marksheet you are good to go.
