Hello Aditya,
If you means Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, then you must have graduation from any of recognized institute. Then you have to appear in IB ACIO Examination. Exam is conducted in 3 level. Tier 1 is mcq based, 100 question from GK, Maths, English, Reasoning. Tier 2 is descriptive paper and tier 3 is personality test and interview.
