If you will get good scores in 12th standard then definitely you'll get a top college in Delhi.(at least above 95% marks in best of 4 subjects with English subject  compulsory)

Right now I would suggest  you should not focus on your the top college of Delhi rather than focus on the stream which you'll opt for in 11th and 12th i.e (Science, Commerce and Humanity)
