If you want to join IT industry without programming knowledge, then you can look for following options:
1. Product / Project Manager
2. Business Analyst
3. Technical Writer
4. User Experience / Interface Designer
5. SEO/SEM Specialist
6. Software Quality Tester
7. Tech Support Specialist
These jobs require no to minimal coding knowledge.
