 you need to tell that for which result you are looking, without knowing how can we answer and solve your problem. 

If results have been declared just now or today then you might not be able to check your result because server usually crashes or site hangs when alot of people visit the site at the same time or another possibilty is it might show you insecure connection and in a blue box it would be written that back to safety. below that an advanced setting option would be given if you tap on that and proceed than you might be able to visit the site.
