In upsee the region from where you qualified your 12th boards is taken into consideration ,

And as per your given data you did your 12th from outside UP so ,

You can`t use your domicile , but as your father is also from UP

You can use his domicile cetificate for the documentation.

So in short you will have to use your father`s domicile certificate.
