Hello dear,

Any engineering branch demands basic calculas , matrix algebra, and vector calculas knowledge. In ECE you have to do most of your calculations and derivations using integration, differentiation, Fourier series etc. They do not involve so much of logic. You just need to know how to use them and where to use them.  So the important thing to know is studying engineering without enjoying mathematics would make life difficult. Maths is all about practice. And hard work will define your strength in any subject.

If you are weak in mathematics then logically you should not do Engineering “seriously “ For sake of doing if you want to do anyway then Maths is same for all the branch . In engineering there are 3 maths M1,M2,M3 .To pass in exam you can rote all the examples of standard book and class notes. I don't know about other Universities but in our University 50% questions are repeatable so one can score good marks.

But if you work hard on mathematics and clear all your basic and make yourself prepared so you can go with engineering if you feel confident.
