I am working and after the office I have the time for 2 or 3 hours for CAT preparation should I need to join coaching?

Not at all. Coaching is time consuming and not necessary at all. Buy 3 books. Nishit Sinha for LR and DI, Arun Sharma for Quants and his Verbal book. Try and complete these 3 books if you can and answer a few mocks and you'll be good to go. if you find that you cant understand anything you always have youtube to explain the concepts.
