Hello. Yes at 140 you may get a seat. Generally every year the cutoff goes at 120 marks for UR category.
Though this may vary from year to year.
AIIMS calculates its results on percentile basis.
For AIIMS Delhi 145+ is a safe score.
To qualify for AIIMS counselling, you need 100 marks in UR category.
