You are the best one who knows about your performance in CAT. You must have also calculated the predicted percentile in CAT. Also, XAT exam is about to happen so you must be preparing for it.

So what I suggest is ignore all those calls for right now and focus on your XAT exam so as to improve the mistakes that you might have committed during your CAT exam. There are numerous of good colleges that you can get through CAT & XAT result.

And even in the worst case if you are not able to find a good college through CAT & XAT result then also you don't need to worry as most of the colleges' admission runs in the month of FEB, March and April. So you can apply to all good colleges through MAT result at that time.

Instead of those calls make sure you check out the application deadline of good colleges which gives admission through MAT exam. Don't miss any deadline.

So, in short, ignore the calls, for now, check deadlines of applications for good college which gives admission through MAT and most important concentrate on your preparation for XAT (With 30+ marks in XAT you can get 90+ percentile).
