If you have not appeared in JEE-Main then there is no any issue, when the announcement was made for cancellation of VITEEE, after that you have time till July 31st to make changes in your application. So if you have made that and selected the option for class 12th then it is ok but if you have not made that then there might be the issue and now you cannot change it.
