Hello aspirant

Hope your are doing well
Hoping that you got a good score in you Neet exam
There is no problem as you don't have obc reservation in central
In the state level counselling the only required is cast certificate to which you belong
As you belong to bc-d you should have a bc-d certificate
If you have that you are eligible for state level counselling .
There is no connection between obc certificate and state caste certificate
And you don't need a obc certificate for state counselling
So don't worry do apply for state counselling
