Yes you will be considered as failed in class 12th if you do not attend theory exams because if you do not attend theory examinations then you will be marked as absent and then you will have to appear for compartment because you will be getting your original result as fail in all subjects and then you will have to improve your marks in compartment and then you will be getting new marksheet.
