Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 211 marks which indeed is very less to get any government college.. Though your category rank is 191000 which is also too high that you won't be able to get a seat under 85% state quota 0..
If we look over previous year's cutoff for BAMS then you might have scored at least 400+ marks to get a government medical college and 320+ to get a good private college..
Looking this scenario, your chances are almost negligible to get a good college..
