You are expecting to secure a mark of 450 in NEET UG 2019. The score is not enough to fetch you a good seat in Government medical colleges of India under 15% All India quota. However you can participate in state quota counselling. As you have not mentioned to which state you belong the information is not sufficient to predict the list of probable colleges in which you may get admission. I am sorry to say but with 450 for there is no chance of getting MBBS seat in government medical College even under state quota list. In order to secure seat in government college one must at atleast have 550+ marks, then you may have a chance to get admission.
